If you can't find the answer to your question here please submit an enquiry to our Tuff Care Team.

Returning a product needs to be completed at the point of purchase. All you will need is the proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice) and a reason for returning. Our extensive distribution network are there to support you and ensure you get what you need to get the job done!

If you have a product failure which complies with our warranty & faulty goods policy, return the item to the point of purchase with a proof of purchase (your receipt or invoice) and explain the fault. OX Tools stands behind our No Bull. Just OX approach and will ensure your warranty request is processed as quickly as possible so you get back on the jobsite fast!

All redemptions take between 1 - 4 weeks to process following the approval of your redemption request.
