NYLON BLEND

We listened to tradies, and one of the biggest frustrations was the unnecessary weight of traditional toolbelts. That’s why Blackbelt has been engineered using a lightweight, high-performance nylon blend, eliminating heavy leather and bulky hardware where possible without compromising durability or strength. The result is a lighter, more comfortable rig designed to reduce fatigue, improve mobility and support tradies through long days on the jobsite.

ANTI-RUB INNER SEAM DESIGN

Each pouch has been designed with a cleaner inseam design and low-profile edge design to improve all-day comfort and reduce rubbing in high-contact areas. Due to extensive feedback from tradies around rubbing, pressure points and bruising caused by bulky seams and hard edges on traditional toolbelts, we focused on creating a pouch system that moves more naturally with the body and feels lighter and more comfortable throughout the workday.

PVC LINING

Blackbelt utilises reinforced PVC in key wear areas to improve durability and abrasion resistance in high-stress zones. This added protection helps prevent piercing and tearing from sharp or heavy tools such as knives, chisels and pry bars. Across accessories including the hammer and claw bar slings, the semi-rigid PVC construction maintains pouch shape for faster tool access while remaining lightweight and rigid.

9-PART MATERIAL SYSTEM

Designed through extensive ergonomic research and feedback from tradies, the Blackbelt back support belt was engineered to address one of the biggest frustrations on the jobsite — back pain, hip strain and discomfort caused by poorly designed toolbelts. Featuring a 9-part multi-layer material system focused on support, breathability and comfort, the range helps distribute weight more evenly across the body while reducing pressure points and wear marks throughout the workday.

MOLLE SYSTEM + RANGE CONSOLIDATION

Blackbelt incorporates an integrated MOLLE system across selected pouches and accessories, allowing tradies to customise and reconfigure their setup to suit different jobs*. The modular design enables pouches and holders to be swapped, repositioned or adjusted with ease — including left- and right-hand configurations and adjustable hammer or claw bar sling orientations.

This flexible system delivers greater versatility for end users while supporting range consolidation for retailers. By eliminating the need to stock both left- and right-hand pouches, retailers can reduce SKU duplication and improve stock efficiency without compromising user customisation or functionality.
